         Maintenance Plans

 

Connected Right provides several technical support services options. These options vary from flat-rate monthly support to as-needed break/fix services. Our packages provide you a service plan dedicated to network monitoring and maintenance to ensure that your business gets RESULTS out of its IT investment.  Our plans are designed to reduce your operating costs, speed up your productivity, lower your risk, and insulate your staff from the complexity of managing IT issues.

Our plans do the following for your business:

 

  • Consolidate all of IT assets and interests (software, hardware, email, website, ISP, etc) into one agent.
  • Identify problems immediately and usually before they become a major issue
  • Provide ongoing system and network maintenance
  • Provide quick action and resolution to issues
Included with each of our plans are the following services that we feel are a critical and necessary service for maintaining each device in your network:
  • Antivirus protection - included with each Results package is a license for antivirus software and management of that software for each supported computer. The antivirus software we install connects back to our servers so we can make sure everything is running as it should. 
  • Disk cleanup and defrag - Just like a messy desk, a messy hard drive slows you down. We make sure each computer hard disk is optimized to run its best by cleaning temp files and logs that are created automatically during the use of each computer. After cleaning up, we defrag the drive to optimize how the files are organized on the disk to ensure optimum speed. 
  • Disk monitoring – Also included in all of our services is monitoring of hard disks in each PC for hard disk errors as well as disk space problems. 
  • Backup monitoring – A backup of your company data is about as important as it gets. We provide monitoring of those backup jobs to make sure your data is protected and let you know if there are any issues.
  • Remote agent – At the core of our service is a management agent that we install on each computer. This agent provides us the means by which to remotely support you as well as run automated maintenance tasks, obtain hardware and software inventory, and review processes and usage on your systems. It is a vital (and required) part of each of our offerings.

Results PREMIUM Package

The Results PREMIUM plan is our flagship offering that provides flat-rate technical support custom-tailored for your environment. We audit your environment and get a list of everything you need supported, draw up a custom contract to cover everything you want covered, and then you simply call us when you need help. We keep our fingers on the pulse of everything on your network to make sure it’s all up and running smoothly, deal with any issues that come up, and provide remote and onsite technical support as need…all for a fixed monthly fee.
 

Results PREFERRED

The Results PREFERRED plan is a hybrid plan that provides a comprehensive proactive management of your computer systems but with no included technical support.  Proactive management of the computer systems, including software patch and security maintenance, in depth monitoring, and correction of critical service issues on servers is included.  Our Results PREFERRED plan also includes an annual network security audit that tests your network connected devices for vulnerabilities.

Our Results PREFERRED rate is $110/hour for additional technical support labor and is charged in 15 minute increments for remote support. Onsite support is charged at the same rate but has a 1 hour minimum stipulation.  Our Results PREFERRED customers within our base coverage area enjoy onsite support without a trip charge. If your location is 45 to 90 miles away from our office, a minimum charge of two labor hours will be assessed plus a $65 trip charge. For customer locations that are beyond the 90 miles range, onsite support can be provided at a daily rate of $1,100 plus expenses.
 

Results CORE

The Results CORE plan provides customers with a set of basic services designed to keep their server and PCs running smoothly. Under this plan, we take care of the basic maintenance of your computers, plus you get the benefit of a reduced hourly rate.

Our Results CORE rate is $110/hour for additional technical support labor and is charged in 15 minute increments for remote support. Onsite support is charged at the same rate but has a 1 hour minimum stipulation. A trip charge of $65 is also assessed for onsite support. If your location is 45 to 90 miles away from our office, a minimum charge of two labor hours will be assessed plus a $65 trip charge. For customer locations that are beyond the 90 miles range, onsite support can be provided at a daily rate of $1,100 plus expenses.

Due to the nature of the Results packages, a network supportability analysis is required to provide a detailed price quote. Some network devices may be excluded from coverage and/or others may require upgrades prior to being included in the flat-rate plan.  For a more-detailed list of specific services covered under each of our packages, please contact us directly.

Break/Fix

Our Break/Fix plan is for customers that want technical support without a contract. We can provide remote and onsite break/fix services for the occasional support needs.

Our break/fix rate is $125/hour and is charged in 15 minute increments for remote support. Onsite support is charged at the same rate but has a 1 hour minimum stipulation. A trip charge of $45 is also assessed for onsite support. If your location is 45 to 90 miles away from our office, a minimum charge of two labor hours will be assessed plus a $65 trip charge. For customer locations that are beyond the 90 miles range, onsite support can be provided at a daily rate of $1,200 plus expenses.
