Becky Doss
Director of Mother's Day Out and Children's Ministry

Becky Doss has been working with children for 19 years. She has worked in day care facilities, classrooms, church nurseries, Mother’s Day Out programs, and programs for children and teens with behavioral and emotional problems. During this time, she earned a degree in Psychology from Lubbock Christian University. 

Becky came to St. Andrew’s four years ago as a childcare worker and MDO teacher. She was drawn to take on further responsibilities for both settings becoming childcare coordinator and MDO director. She quickly became aware these responsibilities were much more than a job working with children, but a ministry that God had called her to lead.  Becky’s goal is to provide all children a safe and loving environment in which to learn, grow, and experience the love of Christ.
